These terms describe the basic rules for using Pixluna products, services and digital content. By registering, signing in, continuing to use the Pixluna app, or placing an order on this site, you agree to this agreement.

Service Scope

Pixluna provides phone case hardware, the iOS app, pixel creation, device connection and related digital services. Features may change with new versions.

Acceptable Use

You should use products and services lawfully and responsibly. Do not upload, generate or distribute illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful or otherwise harmful content.

Your Creations

You retain lawful rights to your creations while allowing Pixluna to use necessary content for sync, display, sharing and technical support.

Device Safety

Use the device, charging and connection features according to instructions. Issues caused by misuse, unauthorized disassembly or unofficial accessories may not be covered.

Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. If you notice unusual use, contact us through official support channels promptly.

Website and store

Orders

Products are sold in USD. Title transfers when the order is marked paid. Shipping times are estimates. Pixel hardware is not a medical or safety device.

Returns

Returns for unused items may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Custom or used cases may be ineligible. Pixluna may refuse orders that fail fraud checks.

We may update these terms as products and laws change. Updated terms will be shown in the app or on this page and take effect when published.
