We collect only the information needed to provide app features, such as account details, device connection status, creations, feedback and necessary logs.

How We Use Information

Information is used for device pairing, artwork sync, AI creation improvements, service security and customer support.

Device and Bluetooth

Pixluna may request Bluetooth permission to discover and connect to the phone case. We do not use this permission to read unrelated personal content.

Your Rights

You can manage account details, delete creations in the app, or request access, correction or deletion through official support channels.

Website and store

Orders and accounts

We collect account email, shipping addresses, cart cookies, and order records needed to fulfill purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe; we store session identifiers, not full card numbers.

Cookies

Analytics and essential cookies (cart, authentication, language) are used to run the store. You can request deletion of an account by emailing support. Orders already paid may be retained for tax and fulfillment records.
